As the Senior Vice President for The Swerdlow Real Estate Group, a privately held Real Estate Investment Trust, Dan was entrusted with developing, redeveloping and managing a portfolio of retail properties totaling over six million square feet. In Florida, this included power centers that were the dominant properties in their trade areas and the development and management of the Dolphin Mall in Miami, Fl. as well as the re-development of the Great Mall in Northern California.
He has established great relationships with developers, owners, tenants as well as the citizens in the communities where these properties were being developed or operated. Becoming a good corporate citizen in those cities has certainly helped ensure the success of the assets for the partners and companies in those developments - those experiences have assisted Dan in becoming an expert witness.
